This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at Benihana. We waited two hours before getting our food, and when it finally arrived, it felt rushed and wasn’t even that great. My soup was cold after waiting forever, and overall, everything was completely disorganized. Dirty plates were left on the table for most of our meal, our drinks sat empty, and any request we made felt like a burden to the waitress. She didn’t seem overwhelmed—just careless and bothered, like she didn’t want to be there. For the price, I expected way better service and quality. Definitely not coming back.

I came in for mom time after a stressful day. I sat at the bar to have a cocktail until my table was ready. Donna the bartender is amazing! She kept conversation informed of all the great cocktails. When I table was ready I had the pleasure of Xavier taking care of us! His personality and menu knowledge was great! I ordered the lunch duet and it was more than enough. We will definitely be back and request Xavier to be our server.

I had an amazing experience at Benihana in Fort Lauderdale, thanks to Samantha, our incredible server! She was sweet, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire visit. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. While waiting for my party to arrive, I had to wait up front, but the manager on duty made sure I was taken care of at the bar immediately, no waiting necessary. The extra effort and care from both Samantha and the manager truly stood out. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional, and I can’t recommend this location enough. Thank you, Samantha, and the entire team for making our visit so memorable!
