I recently visited Hibachi Express after the hurricane, and I was disappointed to notice what seems like clear price gouging. The menu prices have noticeably increased compared to their regular prices before the hurricane. For example, fried rice options went up by $0.75 to $1, and the combo hibachi increased by a full dollar. It’s understandable that businesses face challenges after a natural disaster, but taking advantage of customers in a time of recovery feels unfair. I hope the restaurant reconsiders these price hikes and prioritizes fairness during difficult times. The lunch special is a must-try, offering fantastic value. The diverse menu, including outstanding sushi, caters to various tastes. This was amazing. Tasty just like the big chain restaurants. Incredible low price. They were not kidding on the "express" part of their name. Quick and hot. Big sized portions. Definitely will be returning.

Have eaten here consistently for the past 10 years. See the pics. Not sure what happened but the whole dinner didn't get served. Definitely a difference in quantity between steak and Chicken. Then the shrimp. Disappointed to say the least.
