Last night, I had most excellent salmon skin hand roll, ama ebi, & fresh uni sushi prepared by Suzuki-San. Then, I took an order of tamago to go for my flight snack this morning. It was truly THE BEST tamago I've ever eaten: velvety texture, just the right sweetness, stuffed with the perfect bite of rice! Excellent food & service!

Amazing food! The chef at the very left (forgot his name) is from Osaka, and his sushi was really really good. Not only the food was great, but his personality was very easy going and entertaining. Had a blast time there.
