What an amazing personal experience!!! Bring your better half here to enjoy an intimate dinner or celebrate your birthday or anniversary. I encourage you to immerse yourself in Japanese cuisine and dine like the Bushido did hundreds of years ago!

Superb omakase meal. We had the new menu that just launched (12/24). The staff were very careful to explain the omakase concept and price structure. (We have been to Japan and also eat at NYC Japanese restaurants frequently, so no problem.) It appears some guests have confused this place with the sushi or the teppanyaki restaurants there. The sashimi course (second course) was delicious. I loved the fried red snapper served with maitake in broth (course 4). We had the A5 wagyu steak with an onion ponzu sauce ($35 upcharge) that was tender and a perfect medium rare. Two piece nigiri and red miso was just right for course 6 because by that point I was so full I could barely eat another bite. We had the sake pairings which went with the courses beautifully. Our server was fantastic and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. (Thanks, Keiko!) Decor was very attractive as well. Expensive and worth it. With tax and tip was about $500 pp.
