Went after 7:30 on a Tuesday and it was packed! They fit us in at the bar (which by far is the best experience) . Jasmin was our server and we didn’t go wanting, my wine glass was never empty :-) The sushi rolls are to die for , especially the Shima roll. Would say everything we tried was phenomenal! Pictured is the tiramisu, very light and a great end to the meal.

Chef Junior was so much fun. Little hidden gem. I tried Chef Juniors Choice Premium Roll & Plaza 88 roll. Both excellent. Cozy atmosphere. Dark and romantic. Great air conditioning. There were several big parties on a Friday night and the conversation wasn’t overwhelming. Good acoustics. Nice wine/champagne selection. No liquor license yet. Varied Asian offerings. Unique things. I’ll be back.

UPDATE: Brought my roommate from college to experience the best sushi around. Didn’t disappoint. Chef JR some chef selection rolls which were absolutely incredible. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you to Chef JR and team. My cousin and I had a fabulous evening. If the fish were any fresher.. it would still be swimming. See you again soon. The Lawsons
