When I got there there was only one couple there, so I was seated and my order was taken swiftly. They had upbeat music playing. The appetizers I ordered came out quick and were delicious. Both came with an amazing sauce that paired perfectly with the dish. I ended up ordering the golden Florida roll and the samurai roll after, both were immaculate. I highly recommend this location to other sushi lovers. Prices are pretty average for sushi.

Cute little hole in the wall restaurant in downtown Inverness. I didn’t expect great things in rural Florida. I was wrong. Fatty salmon was amazing. I was also very surprised with the flavor of the masago, inari, and sabe. I can’t speak to the flavors of the habachi or cooked menu items. As far as a sushi place though…top, top marks.

We enjoyed our visit. Started with gyoza and crab Rangoon. Both had great taste and texture. The gyozi could have been hotter. Then we split a dynamite roll, a hand roll combo #1, and yaki soba noodles with steak. The dynamite roll was just that - dynamite. Super taste and great texture. The yaki soba noodles were good, and the hand rolls were tasty - I wouldn't get them a second time, but they were good. Overall, I am looking forward to my next visit when I focus on a variety of rolls.
