Update: I'm very disappointed at the quality of my carry out. I ordered a spider roll, but got some kind of imitation crab fried garbage. Won't be dining in or out there anymore. Best sushi I've had in Idaho Falls. I used to date a sushi chef from Japan, so I'm kind of a jerk when it comes to sushi. The salmon skin roll was only missing ONE thing - burdock root, but I find that most places don't even know what that is. It was delicious, regardless. I also had the Hamachi, and a Spider Roll. Was not disappointed. Will be back for sure!!!

Our first time coming here just to try it, but because the first choice was short staffed and we really wanted sushi. Everything was good and filling. They ran out of the sake when we went but not sure if she understood us since I’ve seen others having them, but it’s ok. The service was fast and quick which I loved. It was a bit crowded and the cooks were busy nonstop. Nice friendly staff by the way and seems like they all love working there.

Service was awesome but the food here is less than par. Very disappointed with tonkatsu. Mayo added to tonkatsu sauce. Salmon was way over cooked. Again Sarah was amazing and provided great service.
