overall, it was a great hibachi experience! The atmosphere was lively, and the chefs were entertaining, putting on a fun show while preparing our meals. The sizzling sounds and aromas made the dining experience exciting from the start. The food was delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked meats, and flavorful fried rice. The portions were generous, leaving us all satisfied. I especially enjoyed the flaming mignon and chicken! That said, the reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 was the service. While friendly, it felt a bit slow at times. Additionally, the price was a bit on the higher side for what you get. Still, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a fun night out with great food and an interactive dining experience!

Fujiyama is one of those well known birthday places. It seems it’s been around for years, the food is consistently good, and the waitstaff is attentive. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. The whole resultant could use a facelift though, especially the restroom.

Absolutely loved it! Huge thanks to all of the staff who work here—this experience is so fun for families. Our kids loved it, we saw so many other happy kids, and someone celebrating a birthday really enjoyed their meal experience, too. The staff, chefs, waitresses, and bartenders do their best to manage the patrons in an environment where service standards have to be much more dynamic. The reviews for this restaurant almost scared us off, but we were very satisfied & would go back.
