We love Sushi Katsu! The food came out SO FAST! The service was great and all of the ingredients tasted so fresh. Looking forward to going back again soon.

We came here for my birthday because I love all you can eat sushi and we were tired of grocery store sushi. After researching a lot between Google and Reddit, this place in this specific location was the one with the most good reviews. It was good, but nothing special. Some of the rolls were great, while others were absolutely disgusting that I couldn't even finish. The fried octopus balls and the gyoza were probably my favorite things I had. Be careful with allergies because they have no ingredients listed in the menus, so it's very easy to get an allergic reaction. I wouldn't come back, but I knew I couldn't expect much from Colorado when talking about fish.

Everything was really good, except the seaweed salad. I didn’t like much that they had the ginger already out on the table, instead of getting it out fresh. I’m a little sad that the Ikura rice was really sticky, they barely put in salmon eggs in it and it was really skinny. The waiter was super nice, they had our table clean all the time.
