A fairly new ramen place! Looking for some ramen or udon, this is highly recommended. Besides soup, they also have rice bowl meals and sushi as options. I really enjoyed the udon while my husband loved the ramen.the owner told us that they cooked the broth for 14 hours. Soup was not salty at all. They have seasoning available if you wanna add more. I ordered firecracker Martini, which was spicy but so tasty! The crew was very friendly. For 1 ramen, 2 udon, 3 cocktails, 1 rice bowl, 1 appetizer and an ice tea total of $120. Not bad! We are going back and try some other dishes in the menu! Let's support local businesses.

We decided to give this place a try based on the reviews, especially since Shin Chang was closed. Unfortunately, the reviews didn’t really match up with our experience. We came to Nomu because our mom is going to Japan soon, and we wanted her to try some Japanese dishes she haven’t had before. We ordered ramen, unagi (eel) don, miso soup, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, cabbage slaw salad, and California maki. Most of the dishes tasted authentic, except the ramen, which didn’t quite hit the mark—our mom even agreed. It was her first time trying eel (unagi don) and takoyaki, and she really liked both. The only downside was that she felt the octopus in the takoyaki could’ve been more tender. Unfortunately, we had an accident and spilled one of our miso soups. The server seemed a bit rude about it, and we got the impression he was upset about having to mop the floor, even though we apologized and explained it was an accident. Because of this, we don’t think we’ll be coming back—it was a bit of a letdown overall.

Food was great, service was pretty good as well. Was pleasantly surprised how good the vegetarian broth was. Honestly did not expect it. Place has weird clubby/bar vibes for a ramen restaurant, but that's really not important.
