Super fast and friendly service. They explained the menu to me and my friend, since it was an unfamiliar cuisine to us. There was some great authentic options, and they were able to help us choose some great items that we had never tried before. They took every precaution to keep my food and me safe. They used tongs to serve up our cups and other things. This impressed us, because other places would just sloppily touch and handle things. They even served us quickly at our table and gave us other little extras to make our experience there awesome! Can't wait to go back and bring my family. I am amazed at how good Japanese food is and look forward to trying their other dishes!

The service was very attentive from the moment we walked in. Everything ordered was delicious, and I highly recommend the avacado sushi roll and build your own bento box option! We will definitely make it a point to stop in again soon.

Grill n Chop in Gilbert is a decent spot for a quick, easy, and convenient meal. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, the setup is straightforward--you order at the counter, and the menu offers a variety of options like teriyaki, salads, sushi, and ramen. I ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki salad along with an Alaska roll. Both came out quickly, served in disposable packaging. While both dishes were good, I preferred the beef over the chicken. The salad could have benefited from some salt and pepper, but none was readily available. The restaurant was clean, and there was music playing on a screen that wasn't my favorite, but it made me laugh. The service was friendly, though there was a small issue with the screen when signing, which wasn't a big deal since they weren't busy. My friend had a dish she thought would come with rice, but it didn't. Overall, Grill n Chop offers good portions at a decent price. It may not stand out, but it's a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal.
