Came to this great Japanese ramen place near the highway while passing Knoxville. I ordered their signature garlic tonkotsu ramen. The broth was mild with decent bamboo shoots. Marinated eggs were phenomenal. But the pork cut was a little thick and old. The service was great and the place was nice. WiFi was not available.

HIDDEN GEM ⚠️!!! Wow just wow so good! The food is just delicious the Ramen just warms and fills you up. the passion fruit galaxy tea just make it even better. Don't forget to try the chicken Karaage for appetizer. I had the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. Yaya was my server sweet and friendly.

First time visit to this cute ramen house. To start, it's immaculate and the service was excellent. Then, the food was delicious and arrived to the table piping hot within 5 minutes of ordering. I had the garlic tonkatsu and the crab rangoons, both were just perfect. If you like ramen, this is def a spot you should try!
