I encountered a disappointing experience. Throughout my visit, I interacted with four different waitresses, none of whom were readily available to assist us. We placed our drink orders, but each drink took approximately 10 minutes to arrive. During this time, I observed them serving drinks to other tables promptly, which led me to suspect that our delays might have been intentional. When it came to our meals, there was a further delay of about 15 minutes before they were served. To make matters worse, three members of our party did not receive their meals at all initially. Eventually, when the food did arrive, it consisted of cold and burnt pasta that the staff claimed had been mistakenly placed at another table. Throughout this ordeal, there was no acknowledgment or apology from the staff regarding the service issues we faced. It seemed as though they prioritized their regular customers over new patrons like us. This experience left me with the impression that Nova may not value new customers as much as their established clientele.

I just got back from an all-inclusive 7-day cruise so today I’m training my tastebuds to even more unlimited crab and seafood. NOVA in Garden Grove is bringing back their famous seafood brunch buffet that has rooms themed to each of the 5 elements. For the seafood or water element, king crab legs AND snow crab, with COLOSSAL prawn cocktails. The toro sushi from the sushi station was my absolute favorite, and there was even a ceviche cart casually pushed around that’s served tableside! A make-your-own pasta station for fire of course, and unlimited prime rib and your classic brunch-y foods in the earth room. For $69.99, would you try this? Thanks for reading! ^-^

Busy restaurant with plenty seating. Great service., Personally I was not too impressed with the meals I ordered. Sushi was average and the eggplant was very oily and lacked flavour. I mentioned that to the waiter and all he said was he will mention it to the manager 🙄 that was not good customer service as I did not eat any of it after one bite. The mochi dessert was really small
