Chris Y was our server and he was awesome! He made extra considerations for or little one and was also very efficient but still super friendly 😁 the sushi was delicious, we came to celebrate passing a test and were not disappointed.

I've been to Wasabi Off the Hook many times and continue to go back because they have the best quality fish in Fresno/Clovis. Sushi is my favorite food, and moving from Sacramento to here was an especially hard adjustment as every sushi place I tried didn’t have good quality fish except here. My favorite roll is the "Max roll." My boyfriend always gets the chicken teriyaki and likes that it is lean and not too fatty. I’ve brought all my friends and family here who have visited me, and they all agree the quality is top notch! The only downside is that service can be a bit slow, so keep that in mind when dining in, but overall I will continue dining here as it’s the best sushi in Fresno.

We’ve always loved Wassabi Off the Hook for their quality sushi but this time around, the way the sushi rolls were put together was disappointing. They were messy and not tightly rolled as you could expect any quality roll to be. We ordered the Fresno, Ebi Fire, and Booty Booty; all three equally large, which isn’t a huge issue, but hard to enjoy from how overly large and messy the rolls were. Each slice was about as big as my palm for context.
