We had a wonderful experience at Phat Boy on Valentine’s Day. Even though the restaurant was very busy, we arrived 30 minutes early and were seated right away, which we really appreciated. The place was beautifully decorated for the occasion, and there was even a photo zone, adding to the festive atmosphere. The service was excellent—our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered sushi, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. While the wait for our food was a bit long, we completely understand since the restaurant was packed, and everything was being prepared fresh. Overall, we had a fantastic evening. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Each dumpling is expertly pan-fried to achieve a crisp outer layer while maintaining a savory, flavorful filling inside. They are the perfect appetizer to kick off your meal. If you’re looking for something hearty and satisfying, the panko chicken sandwich is always a crowd-pleaser. The crunchy breading paired with tender chicken makes this sandwich a standout choice. For fans of Japanese comfort food, the tonkotsu ramen is a must-try. Its rich, creamy broth and perfectly cooked noodles come together to create a deeply comforting bowl of ramen. Another dish that consistently impresses me is the steak fried rice. It’s packed with tender steak pieces and seasoned to perfection, making it incredibly satisfying. I placed a carry-out order for the first time. I have to say that I was beyond impressed. From the excellent customer service to the outstanding sushi rolls that I got. For starters, I have certain dietary restrictions; so I asked what was in the "house sauce". The waitress read the items and there was one item that I was allergic to so I asked if I change change the roll that had house sauce on it to eel sauce and she was more than happy to make sure that I got the eel sauce. I also noticed that the menu offered rolls to be "sliced thin" and found that to be not to my personal liking as it made it too difficult for me to pick up the slices with chopsticks. Next time, I will get my rolls cut normally. Everything tasted great and I really enjoyed my food.
