While walking by Phat Boy Sushi, I decided to stop for lunch. I was impressed with the excellent service I received. The pork belly was quite enjoyable, though I did notice some small portions of hair on the skin that could be addressed for a better presentation. The sushi was delicious, and the drinks complemented my meal nicely. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely consider visiting again.

An absolute nightmare of a dining experience. I went during happy hour, and the restaurant had maybe five or six people inside, so I have no idea why the service was so terrible. While the food was amazing, the service was completely inconsistent. I waited 40 minutes only to find out that my original server had gone home early without anyone assigned to take over. I had to consistently flag someone down just to get my order taken and my needs met. When I finally got a second server, I ordered noodles, only to receive unseasoned, dry, and bland noodles. The server should have been aware of how plain they were and at least mentioned it, but instead, they showed no attentiveness to the customer’s experience. Thankfully, a third server came over and actually suggested a better dish, which made a huge difference. Eventually, the manager stepped in to address my complaints, but at that point, the experience was already ruined. I will not be returning to this location.

Great service and an ambiance that’s welcoming but eye popping I had the chicken karaage which was amazing also the chicken garlic ramen but that was lacking a bit of flavor other than that extensive menu!
