Delicious sushi! Definitely fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed the oysters. The drinks were a bit sweet, but not bad. The service was quick, and the waitress was friendly. Overall, a good pick!

As for the food, the sushi was fresh and well-prepared, with creative rolls and quality ingredients. The specialty rolls had great flavor combinations, and the fish-to-rice ratio was just right. The hot dishes were also well-executed. Overall, Kubo Sushi is a great spot for good sushi in a nice setting. A little improvement in pacing would make the experience even better, but it’s definitely worth a visit!
