Came into Umi for some vegetarian sushi options while traveling to Florence on assignment with Homes.com. Got veggie roll, asparagus roll and vegetable tempura, with Asahi beer ~30$ which included a 20% tip. Was blown away by the veggie roll with seaweed salad mixed in, loved it! The vegetable tempura was so good as well, crisp and good variety of veggies. A cold Asahi beer topped this great meal off. All the sushi chefs and waiters were so kind and nice, sat at the bar to chat with the sushi chef. A must visit in this area of Florence where everything is a chain. Support local!
