Don't be misled by the exterior. I know, it could look better. But the inside is surprisingly, slightly, better. Despite how old and worn everything looks, it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very pleasant and helpful. The food was... decent. About the only good thing was the honey chicken. Everything else was okay, but it was very greasy. The noodles were dry and overcooked.
