I stopped by CAFE DE PHO THAI for a quick meal and was really happy with the food. The beef and brisket pho had a deep, rich broth, and the meat was super tender—like it had been cooking for hours. The basil and chicken stir-fry had a nice kick to it, and the fresh basil made it even better. Everything tasted homemade, not like something rushed out of a kitchen. The place has a warm, laid-back feel, and the staff was really nice.

Was busy when we went but they took wonderful care of our group, the food was awesome and definitely worth having after a hike by the trails. Loved the beef pho and spring rolls !
