Decided to try a new place. Absolutely delicious food. Weird that they don't allow free refills on unsweetened tea, but the do on soda? Also learned one 🔥 means spicy... not just low spice. Lol Pictured is the Crispy Baisl Duck and the Tempura Ice Cream DELICIOUS!! Will return.

The service is another highlight that keeps us coming back. The servers are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always make us feel welcome. They go above and beyond to ensure that every dining experience is enjoyable, adding a personal touch that makes you feel like more than just another customer. A special mention has to go to the owner, Ms. Sara. She is genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Her warm and gracious demeanor sets the tone for the entire restaurant, and you can see the positive impact she has on her staff and patrons alike. It’s clear that she cares deeply about her customers and is passionate about providing a memorable dining experience. If you’re visiting Chaiyo, I highly recommend trying the Sake Don sashimi bowl. It’s a stunning dish that perfectly showcases the restaurant’s commitment to quality, with fresh, delicate slices of salmon that melt in your mouth. Pair it with the Thai mule drink for a refreshing twist that perfectly complements the flavors of the meal. Overall, Chaiyo Sushi and Thai is our absolute favorite spot in Dover, and we can’t imagine going anywhere else for our weekly family dinners. Five stars all the way!
