Umami Japanese Restaurant is definitely one of the best spots for sushi and Japanese cuisine in the area. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making it a great place for a nice dinner or special occasion. Their sushi rolls are packed with high-quality ingredients, and the sashimi is always fresh. The hot dishes, like the teriyaki and ramen, are also well-made and full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, and the service is always friendly and attentive. The staff takes the time to explain the menu if needed, and they make sure everything comes out just right. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. While the food is excellent, it’s definitely on the expensive side, and the portions aren’t always as big as you’d expect for the price. It’s worth it for the quality, but it’s not somewhere I could go all the time without spending a lot. Overall, Umami is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for top-tier Japanese food and don’t mind paying a little extra. Just be prepared for the higher price tag!

Our assigned chef was entertaining, and the food was good. I had the lechi martini, which was really good. My friends had this beer that came in an unusual big bottle, which was enough to fill to glasses. It tasted great.

It's an excellent place of Japanese cuisine. I had an amazing experience with the test of the food, especially the Umami Dynamite Roll. I definitely recommend it 100%. The staff is friendly and nice, especially Teresa.
