I avoided stopping for a while because I wasn't sure about sushi out of a food truck but I finally gave in. No regrets, the shrimp tempira and krusty krab rolls are phenomenal. Finished up with the steak and chicken while simple is properly seasoned and it's obvious why it's a popular item. Extra kudos, I ordered ahead and it was done on time. From my personal experience this just isn't common anymore.

Tried this for the first time tonight. Definitely will be back. The avocado roll actually came with pickled ginger and wasabi, unusual for our little town. The hibachi chicken was tender and well flavored. The veggies still had a bit of crunch. The fried rice wasn’t my favorite ever, but it was fine. Husband had steak and chicken. Loved the chicken more than the steak. The young lady at the window was pleasant and helpful. Cook time from ordering was only about 10 minutes and they had a steady stream of customers. Don’t miss the yum-yum sauce, it was delicious!
