AVOID. We experienced tip fraud plus likely food poisoning from this place. We ate here for lunch on Friday, January 10. We were the only people in the restaurant and immediately the vibe felt off. The hostess seated us and then went back to the hostess stand and proceeded to ignore us for another 10 minutes until we indicated we wanted to place an order. The service was extremely poor, and the food was worse. My husband ordered fried rice, which was very undercooked and crunchy. I unfortunately ordered sushi. The avocado was brown and even the wasabi was discolored. This gave me pause, because if they can't even keep the wasabi fresh, why would I trust that they wouldn't serve old fish? I almost didn't eat it, but I didn't want to cause a scene and also I only had so long for my lunch, so I ate some of it. BIG MISTAKE. I've been sick for two whole days, unable to leave my house. Because the service and food quality were so poor we almost didn't tip, but instead chose to tip 10%. We normally would tip close to 25% but our experience was truly terrible. We were reading reviews while we were there and one reviewer said the restaurant had fraudulently increased the tip, so he took a picture of our receipt. Lo and behold, they upped the tip to 25% for their crummy service. This is one of the worst restaurants in the QC.

The food was good, just expected some chicken or meat in ramen overall it was good.

BE AWARE-They charged me and my friends more than what we had put on the receipt that had tip included already, 2-3$ extra that we can see via online banking app and didnt see the charge until about 2 business days Went there on a Friday night 12/6/24 @ 7ish. There was only 1 waiter, and I give her kudos for working it. The food wasn't anything to gush about. Got the Teriyaki vegetable and it looked and tasted more just watered down soy sauce. If you want Asian, I would say there are other places in Iowa that are better and DONT add another additional charge ontop of what was placed on the receipt. Sorry, won't be back.
