I just wanted to double check how the mandatory service charge of 20% was handled from the bill, because the bill suggests to double tip. This is confusing, deceiving (not mentioned in the menu) and despite the amazing food and staff, makes me feel I'm getting scammed because I paid something I wasn't expected to pay, because now I'm not sure if this 20% is entirely going to habachi chef and waiter or not. It's a shame for management, I wish the staff good luck...

Surprisingly, the sushi we ordered as an after thought was the highlight of our meal and what we wished we’d ordered more of. The food served hibachi was somewhat lacking flavor. As for entertainment, the “show” was average. Our chef was moderately interested in being there. Perhaps the most frustrating point is that my wife and I had to wait at the grill for 20+ minutes for another party to sit before they would continue (hence the sushi order while we waited).

Going out on a Thursday evening we found the restaurant quiet and not full of customers. That said... The food was THE BEST I have ever had! I would highly recommend everything. Our sushi was the freshest I have ever eaten and beautifully presented. Can't wait to return.
