So much sauce is poured over the rolls that it can definitely take away from flavor and hide missing ingredients. My wife started opening up all the rolls looking for the shrimp. She was told by the chef that various parts were shrimp that she then opened up to show it was rice. They offered to make another roll, but the contention was already there and the last thing you want is those same people making food for you in the back. Hard to feel trusting. Never again.
