during mine and my family’s time at Benihana, the service was OK. Our waiter was nice. Our cook was nice but it took the cook almost 2 hours to come out. I got there at 1:30. I didn’t leave until 4 o’clock. towards the end of our visit, the manager came to our table and said he’d give us a $10 gift card if we gave them a five star review and before we submitted it, we had to show him. once I showed him my phone, He went ahead and added no Wait time, great service, good environment And before I got to see what it said, he submitted it. the manager’s name was Salman. Do better, Benihana.

My 2nd time visiting this restaurant and they are amazing. Our chef was awesome and the egg flower was so cute. The food was delicious. Salman came by and checked on us. The service was awesome. We will be back doing.

Came in for Valentine’s Day this year with my boyfriend <3 So thankful he planned such a beautiful date night for us!! Food was amazing, lychee martinis were GREAT and portions were huge! Him and I had the best night! Our chef was a delight and Maryam our server was the best as well. Thank you Salman for doing a great job and thank you to all the staff at Benihana for making our Valentine’s Day a memorable one!
