I had a birthday dinner there 02/08/2025 and had to deal with a lot of unprofessional employees. One guy acted as if he didn’t want to take our order and when we asked him for certain drinks either we never got them or he never put the drink order in. That’s not even the bad part I called a month prior and I told them I would be having a cake delivered that needed to go in the cooler and I explained to the girl on the phone it’s a “90’s theme cake” and I wanted to make sure they had room in the cooler. She said they had a walk in cooler that the cake can go in. They told me that the guy who brought the cake never gave instructions but meanwhile they had my cake sitting in a party room while it was hot as hell in the restaurant. Then the same guy who took our drink brought the cake out and put in on a grill that was still hot, we never got a knife or plates to cut the cake. Then when I spoke to the manager on duty she seemed as if she really didn’t care at all that I was upset because all she did was say the cake looked nice and asked if we had paid for our food. Most of the people in my party had already left…that was a dumb question to even ask. I paid $436 for that cake and they ruined my cake by leaving it in a hot ass party room. I brought yall my family and friends and for them to be treated as if they didn’t matter was unnecessary. I will never come back and waste money on services like that again. The first picture was how make cake was supposed to look and the third picture was how I got it brought to me after it was sitting in a hot “party room” as I was told. I HATE EVERYONE THAT CAME TO OUR AREA BECAUSE THEY ALL SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE AND QUALITY OF SERVICE WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVERY HAD TO DEAL WITH.

Our server and chef were amazing. The food was ok. (We had to get the rice and vegetables from the back for no opinion option.)

Employees standing around on the phone, eating and drinking over the sushi bar in the corner open food and drinks. This is very unsanitary. The manager must not have been servsafe certified because he said nothing, more worried about serving his own tables. Never saw a hand washed.🤢
