Equivalent to grocery store sushi. The monkey brain is just a fried ball. The ball was only fried on 1 half. The other side was completely unfried. Will not order again. The fest of our order was subpar at best. If you’re gonna order here just go to king Soopers or Safeway and get sushi there. It might even be better.

I love Sushi Rakkyo! This is the best spot for all you can eat sushi in the Springs! Their fish always tastes fresh and the service, from the waitstaff to the guys that make the sushi, is friendly and fast. You don't have to wait forever for your order(it may be the time of day I go). Their dinner menu is my favorite as it has the most options, including soup and appetizers, and it is more affordable than many of the other AYCE places around here and the quality does not suffer as a result. They are open for lunch every day Mon - Sat till 2:30(Note that they call last call at 2). Dinner starts at 4:30. Sunday is all day dinner menu on Sunday and is my preferred day to go. I have never had a bad experience here which I can't say about the other AYCE sushi places around and I've been to them all in this city. The baked mussels, fried calamari, Galbi(thin marinated sliced beef, Caterpillar Roll, eel nigiri and spicy scallops are always my go to... but not at all where I stop! They also have other stuff off of the sushi menu, like Bento boxes but I cannot speak on those as I have not tried them. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I always leave with a sushi baby!

I come here every Friday to enjoy the all you can eat menu. It provides a great variety of choices at an affordable cost (make sure you eat everything you order). I've never had any issues with the food and I never had to wait too long for excellent quality food. I've also ordered from their regular menu too, some of the best sushi I've had in my whole life. I highly recommend this place, if you are looking for restaurant quality sushi for lunch at a great price or trying to find something good to eat for dinner, come to Sushi Rakkyo!
