This little sushi spot in Chino Hills has a cute atmosphere and awesome sushi chef. His namesake roll, the Jose Special, is an off menu item, but is one of the best non raw sushi rolls I have had!

I was skeptical about Japanese food in CH, but the Sushi surprised me, it just showed they care. I’m glad I can find one so close to home! BTW Chef Jose is awesome, go say hi to him when you are in there

It's one of the best sushi places i have tried. It's my go-to place when I'm craving sushi. If you go, ask for the special. One of the pictures I shared is the special. It's delicious! You have to go and try it.
