I had the pleasure of being served by Orlando and I can honestly say he made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations, ensured our drinks were always full, and 1 in just the right amount—never intrusive, but always available. His positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for her job truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our meal. If you’re dining at Blue Sushi Sake and GrillI highly recommend asking for Orlando he is the best! Thank you, Orlando, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

The fish here was excellent. We really liked their signature rolls. 2 pieces of nigiri for like $12 felt a little bit rich and I wish they weren’t so overpriced. Their signature rolls did feel fair however. The drinks we had were really good and the service was excellent. I’d come here again but just stick to signature rolls only next time as I think that’s probably the best value.

It's just your typical downtown restaurant trying too hard to be hip and seem cool. The sushi is pretty average. The music choices make less than zero sense for a sushi restaurant. The staff were friendly, though.
