We had a wonderful dining experience here! The service was friendly and attentive, and the food did not disappoint. The Caprese salad was excellent, featuring a generous portion of fresh, flavorful tomatoes and a thick, creamy slice of mozzarella cheese. The salmon was perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and served with fresh vegetables. The filet mignon was also outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, they seated us promptly. The food was delicious, and we left feeling happy and satisfied!

Overall service and atmosphere was awesome, we had more expectations on food and taste. We order Double Shrimp Roll, Coconut Tai Curry, Chicken Wings and Kimchi Fried Rice, food was average and expensive. I liked Double Shrimp Roll it was great.

Note: this may be one of the better restaurants in the neighborhood, but ranking against restaurants I have been to, Pangea was not good. tldr is either do fusion food, or do more standard American cuisine, but don’t try to do both. There was a section of the menu that was essentially Korean food, but just poorly made. Kalbi was cut too thin and therefore overcooked, and the kimbap was just rice egg and spam, like what you’d find at convenience store. Obviously the chef has never cooked Korean food, just focus on what you’re good at. Soup of the day was lobster bisque - way too buttery and there was no lobster. Beet salad was drowned in balsamic. Fish tacos were ok. Grilled chicken sandwich was decent. Food took forever to come out. The ratings are way too high for what you’re served, at the price point. Lots of people on dates. Service was fine.
