I have been in Callahan my whole life and seen wasabi switch ownership and go from decent, to bad, to worst. I was truly impressed and how much better they had gotten until I found a long straight black hair in my takeout. Definitely ruined it all for me. Last time I ate in, probably 2 months ago, it was bad service and skimpy portions. Definitely won’t be trying it again anytime soon.

This place is good for being the only sushi place in Callahan. The first time we went, we weren't impressed, but we decided to give it another chance, and I'm glad we did. The food was so much better this go around. We will definitely be back.
