Food was very good! Favorite sushi place in Caldwell! However, service was somewhat slow. Got seated immediately and had drinks orders taken quickly but we didn't get refills once and waited 25 min for the check. (Though to be fair, they were quite busy)

The BEST AUTHENTIC Sushi in the Treasure Valley. Very highly recommend Momiji Sushi if you are a sushi and hibachi fan. So many options to choose from Sushi, Sashimi, Bento boxes, Hibachi they even have Boats! Definitely a must try. We will absolutely be returning. (We also had the Sushi Sandwich, Albacore Sashimi not pictured). Everything was so fresh.

The sashimi was fresh & good! I wouldn't bother with the shrimp shumai app, as they were quite tiny and looked like something I could get at the Asian Market and heat up myself. The soft shell crab app was awesome! They have great lunch deals during the weekday, which is much more affordable. The waitress was attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back. The constructive feedback I'd add to the owners is I'd personally like hibachi served without the sauce (serve it on the side with options for a yum yum sauce, too). This place isn't too busy on Sundays yet, but it's got the potential to be really great!
