It’s always an amazing time, I enjoy watching the show the chefs are pronominal. Elio was an incredible waiter checked in on the table multiple times, any time the drinks were looking low emoji was there asking if we needed refills, had great recommendations on what to get from the menu very satisfied. Excellent service. Had Grace and Rames check in on the table, I couldn’t help myself but tell them how wonderful the experience was, it’s great to see management on the floor making sure everything is running smooth. I enjoy coming here and will continue to come.

Make sure to check the pictures I’ve shared below before considering a visit to this place. It’s really dirty—oily and greasy ceilings, rusty spots, and utensils that weren’t even clean. The whole place felt like a mess, though I’ll give credit to the chef’s performance and the service from Mehmet, who did a great job. The restaurant itself is very old, and the staff at the front desk come off as cold and rude, with a noticeable attitude. I’m not saying I expected to be treated like royalty, but for a place that markets itself as upscale restaurant, some basic politeness would’ve been nice. And just to be clear, I’m not even talking about respect here.

Benihanas atmosphere was great tonight. Our Chef was skilled & Fred our waiter was very patient with us and had a great attitude! The Manager Ramez, was very friendly and supportive in the parking issue we were experiencing. He approached us with a BIG smile and said I got you!! He made me feel good and we were instantly friends! He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. I was totally satisfied when the even g ended. THANK YOU AND YOUR STAFF! See you again soon….
