This is not my first time at Kabuki Burbank but this is my first time writing review about this place. Food : Fish always fresh and my fav still Udon.The broth was everything! Doesn’t matter what I ordered I will always make sure I ordered Udon everytime.My husband fav was Koshu beef ( Please don’t take it off the menu again you guys it’s really good) Service : Always good and on point.Can’t complain at all. Vibe : It’s giving you modern Japanese restaurant vibe which I like. Parking : There is plenty of public parking all around,So it’s not a problem at all. They took Koshu beef off of the menu at one point,So we haven’t been there as often as we used to but now they brought it back on the menu,So let go again soon!

I recently dined at Kabuki and had an excellent experience with their sushi offerings. We started with the spicy tuna roll and California rolls, and both were incredibly fresh. The sushi was prepared with high-quality fish, and the flavors were well-balanced. The spicy tuna had the perfect kick without being overwhelming, and the California rolls were smooth and satisfying with just the right mix of ingredients. It was clear that Kabuki takes great care in crafting their sushi to ensure each bite is flavorful and enjoyable. In addition to the sushi, we also tried the chicken and beef teriyaki, and both dishes were equally impressive. The teriyaki sauce was rich and flavorful, perfectly glazing the tender pieces of meat. The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection, while the beef was tender and packed with savory flavor. The combination of the perfectly charred meat and the sweet, tangy sauce made for a delightful dish that complemented the sushi well. Overall, my experience at Kabuki was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, from the sushi to the teriyaki dishes. It feels like too plain. Not much flavor in their food sadly. The sushi had very little flavor and was mostly rice. The rice was dry and over cooked and the salmon was swimming in salty sauce. I really wanted to love the experience but did not enjoy it
