Amazing experience! I am an absolute fanatic for good Japanese sushi. I hate cheap imitations. Wasabi in Breckenridge is an absolute must for anyone looking for good sushi in Colorado. The chefs are in their 70's and are artists. The food tastes amazing and the presentation is superb.

This mom n pop sushi shop delivers. The chef came out to say the poké is Japanese style, which we thoroughly enjoyed (try the volcano on wasabi). Chicken teriyaki was one of the few entrées but pretty good. The rolls were fresh and delicious. We were told fresh fish is picked up every Monday from a Japanese fish market in Denver. Gratuity (18-20%) is included so need to add another tip. We’ll be back. 😋
