It was my third visit and foods here are truly special. It reminds me of the delicate dishes I had in Japan. They have enoki/shiitake mushroom in their miso soup, small details that make a big difference in taste! Each bite into their neta feels like it’s been aged/seasoned/prepped well and most importantly, their shari, the rice was perfect. Not to mention the staff and the owner chefs are very friendly.

I love this place! The quality of their fish is on another level. This is my new favorite place for sushi… The freshest in town. Thank you for providing an exceptional experience... Loved the food here. I was able to sit at the sushi bar which is definitely a treat if you are able to get it. It's very busy, so either go super early or be prepared to wait. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I also ordered the fish collar which was fatty and delicious. It is on the pricey side, but I would argue good sushi in the mountains is going to be. Loved it here and would go again.
