I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but during my last visit, the waiter was rude and didn’t answer my question. Unfortunately I won’t visit here anymore.

I’ve eaten here before and had decent food, but after tonight, I’ll never be back. I showed up at 10:06 PM, only to be rudely told they closed at 10 PM—despite Google clearly stating they close at 10:30 PM. When I pointed this out, their response? "That’s Google’s website, not ours. We don’t update that. We close at 10 PM. Come back another day!" Are you kidding me? How is that an acceptable answer? Maybe try updating your business hours instead of turning paying customers away with a smug attitude. This is pure laziness and terrible customer service. No thanks—I’ll take my money to a Hibachi restaurant that actually values its customers.

Typically I have a great experience at this location. However, today I called an order for vegetable fried noodles in and the meal was disappointing. There were no vegetables at all. If I was told that was not available I would have ordered a side of vegetables. I was told that the vegetables are really on the lighter side like just onions. That is not vegetable fried noodles. I think employees taking call in orders should have a clear understanding of what is available and what is not.
