Last December I cancelled my booking due to a death in the family. We were coming from STL and decided we will try again next year. I was told no refund but they will honor the deposit. While attempting to book for this year the guy was hesitant to honor the $200 deposit, but decided to proceed due to me having screenshots of our conversation. This trip was for my mother’s birthday who passed and we celebrate every year. I confirmed address for booking December 3rd and the guy texting also confirmed the time. This weekend Dec 14th 5208 Habachi did not show up or respond to any attempts to contact them. They never cancelled or answered any phone calls to inform me they cannot come. We had to scramble to find dinner reservations for 8 people who was starving after traveling and snowmobiling early morning. I’m very disappointed and still have not gotten a response from them in days. I would not recommend.

We had the best experience with them! They brought everything and set everything up. It was so nice not having to worry about a thing. The chef was prepped and kept us laughing too. Highly recommend!
