If you’re looking for an outstanding sushi experience, Fuji Sushi in Altamonte Springs is the place to be! We had the pleasure of sitting at the sushi bar, and the chef’s skill and expertise were evident with every roll he prepared. Each piece was crafted to perfection with incredible attention to detail. The fish was exceptionally fresh, and the sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth good—everything we tried was a true delight. We also enjoyed some hot sake that paired perfectly with our meal, and for dessert, the fried cheesecake was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommend Fuji Sushi for anyone craving top-notch sushi and a memorable dining experience!
