what a joke for the unadon rice. Such a small potion but still go for 19$. Food is so bad here definitely not recommended this place. Me and my friend are not enjoy the food here at all. Mango is not fresh. Tuna and salmon quality are bad.

Me and my partner have been here several times (three times) and each time it seemed the same. We really wanted to love this place but the service and food just isn't up to par. I got the tonkotsu ramen and added bamboo shoots, which I thought tasted amazing. My partner got the bento box. The bulgogi and tempura he got as an entree was not warm anymore, it was actually very cool, almost cold. We ordered sushi too and every time it came out much later than the food. We had finished our ramen and bento already then the sushi came out. At that point, I didn't want to eat anymore because it took the sushi so long to come out. I wish they didn't have those booths with two tables for two separate parties as I felt a little claustrophobic sitting there. The staff was nice and the atmosphere is a win for me but wish the service was a little better.

I always order takeout at Kopan but tonight was a first ordering from this location. Let’s just say everything was a disaster! I ordered sweet shrimp because my husband loves to eat the head. But this time we didn’t get any! Also are you really this poor? One scallop cut in two to serve two pieces? Really? With the price I pay this is pathetic.
