The absolute WORST service I’ve ever received!!!!! My family and I sat down for hibachi at 6:45pm. We wait 15 minutes, no menu or drink order. The place is completely empty and now I understand why. Another family walks in and sits at the same hibachi table. Immediately after sitting down, a server walks over gives them menus and drinks. We are a little confused since we’ve been here 15 minutes with no service. We wait another 5 minutes and still no menu for us or drink. At this point we are intentionally not being serviced. We then ask the server and manager why he served them not us… his response is “I’m sorry I forgot about you” HOW??! When we are sitting directly next to the family you just served at the same hibachi table??! I’m disgusted with the service and the manager didn’t do anything to rectify it except off a discount for the following day. Ruined our valentines family dinner. We have no menus or drinks clearly in the photo and we sat down 15 MINUTES BEFORE THIS FAMILY!

Just discovered this hidden gem about a month ago near my area. I am a huge sushi head. My go to is the Crazy Rolls and let’s just say they GOOOO CRAZYYYYYY!! This place is too good to always be empty. As I mentioned, I just discovered this place about a month ago and unashamedly I can say I’ve been here about 7 times since my discovery. If you reading this post and are in the mood for some authentic sushi, egg rolls, hibachi, etc., RUN TO ATAMI! Management is also very welcoming and pleasant!
